Processing time

Each candle is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before it ships.

Canada

We ship across Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Flat rate: $25 CAD. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

United States

We ship to the United States via Canada Post. Flat rate: $45 CAD. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipping. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees.

Vancouver local delivery

We offer free local delivery within Greater Vancouver. Delivery is arranged directly with you after your order is placed — we’ll contact you to schedule a convenient time.

Local pickup

Pickup is available at our North Vancouver studio by appointment. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a time.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Fragile items

Our candles are heavy sculptural objects. We pack each order carefully to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right.
